BISTRO SOFIA’S Cake and Pastry Decorating Course is designed for the novice and the advanced.

No prior experience in pastry, baking or cake decorating is required.  

We teach proper working techniques and use only the best ingredients. Our course is designed to cover all the aspects of cake, pastry sweets, creating and decorating to give you the knowledge and skills to continue your cake journey onward.

During these courses all Cakes, Macarons and Chocolate Truffles that we will work on will be made from scratch during the class, including all the fillings & icings. This is to ensure that we will not only have beautiful cakes and pastries, but also good tasting ones to conclude the course with.
